Board Vice President: Gerry Wevodau (2027)

Gerry Wevodau has lived in the EPASD since 1986 and has been married to his wife, Yvette since 1984. They both have raised 3 of their children to adulthood in the Twp. and was involved in in local EPLW recreational sports programs while their children were in their development stages. They now have 3 grandchildren and consider family values a high priority. Gerry also spearheaded a local sign campaign on Valley Road to help make drivers aware of the school zone by putting their phone down and slowing down in the School Zone.

Gerry has been in the life & health insurance business since 1990, helping businesses with their employee benefit programs. He opened his own practice in 2006, which is located in Wormleysburg, Pa and operates that with his daughter Emily as a partner. Understanding business, finances and insurance will bring a strong value to the board with budgeting and future planning. Gerry was recognized in 2021 for his professional background and activity in the local community by winning the National Association of Insurance and financial Planners (NAIFA) Presidents Award.

Gerry and his wife are actively involved in their Church and supporting other local non-profits such as The Bethesda Mission and the Mid-west Food Bank to name a few.
