Board Member: Jason Oyler (2025)
Jason Oyler and his wife moved to East Pennsboro in 2002 to raise their family. Jason says they were attracted to the more community-oriented feel of EPASD. Jason has two children, Ainsley, a 10th grader, and Joshua, a 2022 graduate of EPAHS.
Our kids have had great experiences here with regular, special, and gifted education provided by excellent teachers and administrators whose care and concern for our children is evident. Our kids have been active in much of what East Pennsboro has to offer from athletics to the arts.
Jason was first motivated to serve on the school board through his involvement with the District’s Feasibility Study Committee. That committee made recommendations to keep West Creek Hills Elementary and how to remediate our buildings to eliminate mold and greatly improve indoor air quality.
Jason served on the Board from 2017 to 2023, serving as Treasurer, Vice President and President of the Board during that time. He returned to the Board this year to fill a vacancy and he is grateful that he was given the opportunity to again serve the children, faculty and staff and the community.
