Business Administration
The Business Department is located in the District Administration Center and is comprised of the Business Administrator, Bookkeeper, HR/Payroll, Business Office Coordinator, and Accounts Receivable/Payable. This staff supports the EPASD educational program by directly providing audit, budget preparation/management, employee benefit, Federal/State reimbursement reporting, financial accounting, investment management, payroll processing, purchasing, risk management, and tax administration services.
In addition, the Food Service Program, Transportation Manager, and Director of Buildings and Grounds report to the Business Administrator.

Proposed 2023-2024 Budget for Public Display
On May 18, 2023, the East Pennsboro Area Board of School Directors approved the proposed 2023 – 2024 budget for public display. This budget includes a tax mill rate of 14.2716, or a 4.8% tax increase to maintain the high-quality educational programs and facilities of the District. The Board of School Directors will adopt the final budget for the 2023-2024 school year on June 15, 2023, at the regular scheduled board meeting, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the East Pennsboro Elementary School, 840 Panther Parkway, Enola.
