Request for Proposals

The East Pennsboro Area School District invites your company to submit a Proposal to provide employment services to employ support staff, substitute teachers, and substitute support staff.

The district anticipates entering into an agreement with the selected vendor in April 2026 for services to begin in July 2026. The Request for Proposal document can be found on the district website, www.epasd.org or by contacting Elizabeth Holley or [email protected].

Proposals will be received via email to [email protected] Elizabeth Holley, Business Administrator, until March 13, 2026 at 4pm. Late submissions will not be accepted. The district reserves the right to reject all proposals.
