Business Administration
The Business Department is located in the District Administration Center and is comprised of the Business Administrator, Bookkeeper, HR/Payroll, Business Office Coordinator, and Accounts Receivable/Payable. This staff supports the EPASD educational program by directly providing audit, budget preparation/management, employee benefit, Federal/State reimbursement reporting, financial accounting, investment management, payroll processing, purchasing, risk management, and tax administration services.
In addition, the Food Service Program, Transportation Manager, and Director of Buildings and Grounds report to the Business Administrator.
2025 - 2026 Budget
On May 15, 2025, the East Pennsboro Area School District Board of Directors adopted the budget for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2025. The Board of School directors and administrators worked together beginning in January 2025 to prepare a budget that maintains high-quality educational programs and facilities. As a result of their efforts, the $53.8 million budget calls for a real estate tax mill rate of 15.1768, or a 2.5% tax increase. The median assessed home in East Pennsboro Township is $178,050, which translates to a $33.21 annual tax increase for the median assessed homeowner with the Homestead/Farmstead credit applied.
