Dr. Troy Price

Dr. Troy D. Price is pleased to join the East Pennsboro Area School District community as Assistant Superintendent. Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Administration and Acting Superintendent at Pennridge School District, Director of Instructional Planning and Monitoring at Allentown School District, and Principal and Assistant Principal at Warwick High School. Prior to his administrative work, Dr. Price taught biology at Muhlenberg High School and science in the alternative education program at Governor Mifflin School District.

Dr. Price holds a Ph.D. in educational leadership and superintendent’s letter of eligibility from Alvernia University, a master of science degree in educational leadership with K-12 principal certification from Wilkes University, a master of science degree in exercise and sport physiology from West Chester University, and a bachelor of science degree in biology from Albright College. He also holds PA teaching certificates in secondary biology and general science.

Dr. Price looks forward to supporting EPASD’s principals and teachers to ultimately improve student growth while maintaining fiscal balance. As an administrator, Dr. Price has experience at all levels of education (elementary, middle school, high school) and has worked extensively with both the instructional side as well as the operational facets of education.
