Director of Pupil Services

Mrs. Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education and a Master’s of Education in Administration and Leadership, both from Liberty University. She also holds an Autism Specialist Certificate from Brandman University and is currently pursuing her Letter of Eligibility from Point Park University. Rebecca is an educator at heart and is passionate about connecting with students, families, staff, and administration to help every learner succeed.

Rebecca brings a variety of educational and leadership experiences to the district.

Rebecca has served as a kindergarten teacher in Accra, Ghana (West Africa), an Early Childhood Instruction and Curriculum Specialist in Pretoria, South Africa, and a high school special education teacher, supporting 9th - 12th graders and at-risk teens. She also spent four years as a Special Education Coordinator for a network of schools in Southern California before joining the district in 2022.

Rebecca has served as EPASD’s Supervisor of Special Education and as the Elementary Assistant Principal at West Creek Hills Elementary.

Rebecca resides in Elizabethtown with her husband and four young children. Their family is actively involved in their community, church, and local youth sports teams.
