Graduation Verification for Employment Purposes

If you are a graduate of the East Pennsboro Area High School, then you may at some point in the future need a copy of your transcript to verify that you are indeed a high school graduate.

 

Employers cannot request this information as a 3rd party; a graduate must request it themselves.  As a graduate, you may call into the High School Counseling Office at 717-732-0723 and request a copy of your transcript.  You can pick this up in person without any further complications.

If you are unable to come into the high school counseling office, please visit Parchment. 

If you are not able to use Parchment, you will need to complete the Request for Release of Students Record Form, have this form notarized, and then mail/fax it into the high school counseling office:

On this form, you can indicate the name of the employer, as well as the address you would like us to mail your transcript to in order to verify your graduation.

Due to the protections in place for information and student privacy, your transcript will NOT be released unless the above steps are followed.
