Winter Decision Making Process for the 2022-2023 School Year

Title I - Right to Know Letter

EPASD staff is fully committed to helping children develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in school and beyond. Federal Title I funds are used to assist our students in meeting PA Core Academic standards. Our 2022-23 Title 1 Right-To-Know letter, available in English and Spanish, lets you know about your right to request information about the qualifications of classroom staff working with your child as well as information about student assessments given during the school year.

STS Job Openings

STS is currently hiring Lunch Monitors for East Pennsboro Area High School. Staff are paid 4 hours per day and the starting rate is $12.73/hour. STS is also continuing to hire for multiple Special Education positions at all building levels. Staff are paid 6.5 hours per day and the starting rate is $13.87/hour.

Phone & Internet Outage

2022-2023 Final Budget

On June 9, 2022, the East Pennsboro Board of School Directors adopted the budget for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2022. The Board of School directors and administrators worked together for several months to prepare a budget that maintains high-quality educational programs and facilities. As a result of their efforts, the $51.3 million budget calls for a real estate tax mill rate of 13.6180, or a 4.2% tax increase. The median assessed home in East Pennsboro Township is $177,200, which translates to a $86.00 annual tax increase for the median assessed homeowner.
