Good afternoon Panther Families!
Our yearly required forms have been released in Sapphire for the 2026-2027 school year. We encourage you to complete and submit the yearly required forms by the first day of school, Wednesday, August 26th.
The required forms that need to be completed are:
- Handbook Sign-Off
- Required Information Update
- Annual Health Update
- Device Policies Acknowledgment
Transportation information and schedules will be released in the Sapphire portal the afternoon of Thursday, August 13th.
If a change is needed for your student’s transportation, the Transportation Change Request form is available in the Sapphire portal. If a change is needed for your address (within the school district), please complete the Address Change Form. This form is required only if you have a new address within the district. Please complete these requests only if needed by Monday, August 17th.
