Four Steps to a Successful Registration

Enrollment to EPASD is a multi-step process. Please review the 4-Step Registration Process below so that we may welcome your child to the Panther Family!

Step 1: Gather Required Documents

It is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to provide the required documents for student registration. Failure to do so may delay enrollment.

If you are missing any of the documents, please indicate this when completing the Pre-Registration Questionnaire in the next step
Documents may be submitted electronically later in the registration process

Step 2: Complete Pre-Registration Questionnaire

Step 3: Complete Sapphire Online Registration Form

Parents will be directed to the form after completing the questionnaire.

OR

Attend a registration appointment providing all documents. If you do not have all of the required documents when you arrive at your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule once the necessary documents are able to be provided to complete enrollment.

If you have gathered the documents that are required for enrollment and completed the pre-registration questionnaire, you are now ready to begin the online registration form!

East Pennsboro Area School District uses Sapphire K-12 Student Information System to register students with an online form. This is an easy-to-use, secure program offered to gather important information and required documents to complete enrollment.

Used for both new students and returning students.
A separate form is required for each student.
Go to “Register a new student.”
If you have not used this system previously to register a student, create an account to begin.
If you have used this system to previously register a student, use your existing credentials to access Sapphire to begin a new form. Please note that these are not the same login credentials to access your current student’s Community Web Portal account.

If you do not have access to a computer, one is available for use at the District’s Administration Center for completion of the registration forms.

After completing the online forms, you will have the opportunity to meet with the District’s Registration Coordinator to complete the enrollment and receive important information for your child’s first day

Step 4: Post Registration Checklist
