Post-Registration Checklist

1. Create your Sapphire Community Portal (SCP) Account

*Please note that kindergarten families will not be able to create their Sapphire Community Portal account until July 15, 2026.

Create your Sapphire Community Portal (SCP) Account to access important information and timely notifications. East Pennsboro Area School District uses the Sapphire Community Portal as a communication tool for parents. Here, you will have access to your student’s information including:

Transportation
Homeroom
Schedule
Required Forms
Notifications

Please note that this is a unique login from the one established to access the Sapphire Online Registration Form. Parents with multiple students enrolled in East Pennsboro Area School District should access all students with one login. Please contact the Student Registration Coordinator if you cannot access all students with your parent login.

2. Complete the Required New Student Forms in Sapphire Community Portal (SCP)

Complete the required new student forms on the SCP. After your SCP Account from the prior step is approved, visit the student portal to complete:

Student Handbook Acknowledgement
Student Code of Conduct Acknowledgement
Annual Student Update Forms

Required if enrolling during summer break

Transportation Change Form

Required ONLY if the student requires transportation to or from a location other than the student’s home address
