In a continuing effort to take preventative measures against COVID-19, we are providing an opportunity for students aged 5 and older to get vaccinated and immediate family members are also invited.
EPASD is again partnering with Hershey Pharmacy to provide a voluntary on-site COVID-19 vaccination clinic for East Pennsboro Area School District students who are 5 years of age or older, as well as their family members, on Friday, January 28, 2022 beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the High School gymnasium.
If you are interested in having your eligible child(ren) participate in this voluntary clinic or want to register a family member, please click on the link below to complete the registration form by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18. A follow-up email containing your registration details will be sent by January 21 to families that have completed the registration form.
Individuals 12 years of age and older that are vaccinated and eligible for a booster may also register for January 28 or February 25. Two types of boosters will be available (Pfizer, Moderna) for eligible populations (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html).
- The clinic is open to students who are 5 years of age or older as well as any family members who are interested.
- Please complete a separate registration survey for each student/member of your family who plans to participate.
- Participants will need to provide a photo copy of their insurance card on the day of the clinic as well as some additional paperwork that you will receive.
