Good morning EPASD Families,

For last week’s varsity football game, we based our attendance procedures on the contested unconstitutional rulings from the state government, and were able to slightly increase our spectator count. However, with the updated ruling from the governor yesterday, we are unfortunately strictly limited to 250 people this evening, which includes the team, necessary personnel, and spectators.

For tonight’s varsity football game the following procedures will be followed for admission:

  • One (1) spectator/family will be admitted for dressed/participating UNDERCLASSMEN home football players and cheerleaders.
  • Two (2) spectators/family will be admitted for dressed/participating SENIOR home football players and cheerleaders.
  • No family will receive more than two (2) admissions.
  • Admission must be verified and recorded at the main entrance ticket booth.
  • Gates will open, and verification will begin, at 6:00 p.m.
  • Due to the increased limitations, for this particular event, admission will not be charged.
  • The clear bag policy remains in effect.
  • Masks must be worn, and social distancing practices must be followed, at all times.
  • EPASD reserves the right to deny admittance, or to remove individuals from the stadium, that do not adhere to social distancing and/or masking requirements.
  • There will be no concessions.
  • There will be no re-admittance for those that leave the stadium.
  • The livestream may be found here:

Should we receive revised guidance prior to kickoff, EPASD will adapt accordingly.

Be safe, be well, and GO PANTHERS!
