When asked what inspires Mr. Frey he shared, “Working in the service of others is a huge inspiration to me. I find personal and professional fulfillment in helping others. I am inspired to do a great job because I love middle school age students and where they are in their life’s journey. I believe we can make a huge difference in the lives of kids if we work purposefully to make their middle years are a positive experience”.

Mr. Frey hopes to bring a focus that seeks to meet the academic, social and emotional needs of every student at EPMS. “I hope to build a climate at EPMS that is safe, supportive, collaborative, and kid-centered” he said. Upon entering his new role as East Pennsboro Middle School Principal, Mr. Frey’s focus will be on building relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring kids at EPMS are safe and that rigorous and relevant learning experiences are happening for all students every day.
