East Pennsboro Area School District has contracted with Substitute Teacher Service, Inc. to manage our substitute and permanent staffing program, effective January 2, 2020. STS is responsible for the hiring, training, and placement of all daily and long-term substitute teachers and permanent support staff positions, such as Paraprofessionals and Lunch Monitors.
