POSITION:

High School Discipline Secretary

The East Pennsboro Area School district Seeks candidates for the High School Discipline Secretary position.  The successful candidate will work 7 hours per day and 195 days per year.   The salary for this position is $12.00 per hour.  The high school consists of approximately 850 students in grades 9-12.  Duties include, but are not limited to, discipline file management, working with data in the student information system, correspondence to families and all other duties as assigned.

Substitute Teacher Information

East Pennsboro Area School District has contracted with Substitute Teacher Service, Inc. to manage our substitute and permanent staffing program, effective January 2, 2020. STS is responsible for the hiring, training, and placement of all daily and long-term substitute teachers and permanent support staff positions, such as Paraprofessionals and Lunch Monitors.

Guest Teachers
The Capital Area Intermediate Unit (CAIU) will be hosting a Guest Teacher Training Wednesday, September 4 – Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.  Upon completion of the course, Guest Teachers will be able to apply for an emergency permit through the PA Department of Education, which will allow them to be a substitute teacher in the schools and/or districts the CAIU serves. This is a great opportunity to discover if teaching is right for you!

Substitute School Nurses Needed
