Transcript Request

East Pennsboro Area High School utilizes two methods to submit transcript requests.

Naviance, a comprehensive college and career readiness system, is the means for currently enrolled students to request their official transcript be sent to post-secondary institutions via their individual student accounts. Current students should contact their assigned high school counselor if they have any questions.

Parchment, an electronic official transcript request system, is the platform for alumni to expedite electronic submits and mailings directly to post-secondary institutions.

Alumni create a free account and complete the steps for the request process. For each official transcript request, a small fee will be charged. Alumni should contact the high school counseling office if they have any questions.

Initial Transcript Request

Sent after initial University/College application is submitted.
 

Midyear Transcript Request

Sent early February 2020 after the first semester has ended.
 

Final Transcript Request

Sent the last week in June 2020.
 

NCAA Eligibility Center

If you are planning on playing college sports at a Division 1 or Division 2 school, you must sign up on the NCAA Eligibility Center’s website.  As one of your tasks, you will be asked to submit an official transcript to the NCAA at the end of your junior year and again at the end of your senior year. This will be requested by you, the student through your Naviance account.
