  • Completing the Address Change Process in Person

     

    Step 1:
    Contact the Student Accounting Office at (717) 732-3601, ext. 332 to schedule an appointment to complete an address change.

     
    Step 2:
    Arrive at your appointment with the following:
    • Proof of residency in East Pennsboro Area School District: A deed, lease (signed by the landlord and tenant), renters' or homeowners' insurance policy (declarations page), mortgage statement, sewer/trash bill or a utility bill (electric, gas, water) are acceptable means of proving residency.  Any of these documents must be current and include the homeowner's/ lessee's name and address.  If the natural parent or guardian who is present at the enrollment appointment is not named on the proof of residency provided, the parent/guardian and the homeowner / lessee will need to complete additional notarized forms to complete the address change.  Please contact the Student Accounting Office for further information prior to your appointment.
    • Parent's/Guardian's  Photo Identification:  The form of identification that you provide must be a current, government issued identification card including a photograph or signature and a serial or identification number.

    Please be aware that a natural parent or court appointed guardian with whom the child resides must be present at the appointment.

     
  • Change of Residence within East Pennsboro Area School District
    If you have recently changed your address but remain a resident of East Pennsboro Area School District, please use the following guidelines to help make a smooth transition for your child(ren).  Please be aware that transportation will not be updated until the change of address process has been completed.

    Step 1: 
    Complete the required forms.  Click on the link below to access the forms.  The "Residency Affidavit" is a form that needs to be signed in front of a notary.  Please note that seperate paperwork needs to be completed for each individual student.
     
    Step 2:
    Return the required forms along with one of the following documents to the Student Accounting Office at 890 Valley Road, Enola, Pa. 17025; Attention: Student Accounting:

    The Student Accounting Office wil only be responsible for packets that are returned directly to the Administration Center.  The change of residency process will not be completed if the packet is missing any required information or any required documents are not provided.
