Completing the Address Change Process in Person
Contact the Student Accounting Office at (717) 732-3601, ext. 332 to schedule an appointment to complete an address change.
Please be aware that a natural parent or court appointed guardian with whom the child resides must be present at the appointment.
Proof of residency in East Pennsboro Area School District: A deed, lease (signed by landlord and tenant), renters' or homeowners' insurance policy (declarations page), mortgage statement, sewer/trash bill or a utility bill (electric, gas, water) are acceptable means of proving residency. Any of these documents must be current and include the homeowner's / lessee's name and address. If the natural parent or guardian who is present at the enrollment appointment is not named on the proof of residency provided, the parent/guardian and the homeowner / lessee will need to complete additional notarized forms to complete the enrollment.
