Sometimes bad things happen to good people.  This was the case with my family in June of 2004.  We were in a near-fatal car accident in which my daughter suffered multiple life-threatening injuries that required a seven-week hospital stay and 21 surgeries so far.  Thanks to the Family Fund we were able to make renovations to our home to aid in her recovery.  Kayleigh is doing very well and is continuing to make progress every day.  The support from the school and community has been overwhelming.
